Description
This one's loosely based on the patch from mission STS-127.
The motto, "Ex Unitate Victoria", translates to "Unity Leads to Victory", which conveys the optimistic message that an alliance with neighboring powers would help Earth win the current war with the Romulans.
It was specifically chosen as a propaganda tool, to show how helpful UESPA (and the Starship Operations branch specifically) was in bringing this alliance into existence. Both organisations were heavily criticized at the time, as the more conservative branches of society blamed them for the war.
